Our History
Women's Chamber of Commerce of Hot Springs was founded in 1966 by a group of community members who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping female entrepreneurs and business professionals. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, serving hundreds of individuals each year. Our mission is to raise scholarship funds for women to pursue college degrees and become entrepreneurs in our local community. We strive to achieve this by holding small pop-events and one large fundraising event annually.

With over 13 years of experience, she has worked in various settings including child welfare, community health centers, schools, juvenile halls, and private practice. Before

With over 13 years of experience, she has worked in various settings including child welfare, community health centers, schools, juvenile halls, and private practice. Before entering the mental health field, Loretta served as a Vice President for Fortune 500 companies, leading organizational change programs.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s in Organizational Management. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Loretta combines clinical expertise with business acumen to create a thriving practice focused on compassionate, evidence-based care. With licensures in both Arkansas and California, Loretta keeps a busy schedule and she likes it that way.
Outside of work, Loretta enjoys spending time with her husband Jessy, their dog Bella, and engaging in photography, travel and family vacations.

Jennifer has approximately 20 years' experience in business management experience. Her vast background includes management positions in customer service, accounting, legal, and real estate. She is the co-owner of Big Event Music, a professional audio installation company that also boasts a recording studio rivaling that of Nashville or Los Angeles. Artists such as Snoop Dogg, Nicky Moroch, and Steven Curtis Chapman have graced the premises. She also co-owns Big Event Designs, a graphic arts company.
Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and was recently accepted into a PhD program with a prestigious university. She is a lifelong learner with enthusiasm for growth opportunities.
In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband and best friend, Brent and their pets. Hobbies include cooking, traveling, yoga, and urban exploration. She is a spokesperson for Pfizer's Nurtec ODT migraine medication and has been honored to be Mrs. Hot Springs 2024 and 2025 in the Mrs. Arkansas America Pageant.

Beyond her business ventures and green thumb, Amber brings laughter and connection to audiences as a stand-up comedian and engages in thoughtful conversations as a podcast host. Her commitment to the Women's Chamber of Commerce is evident in her role as Secretary, where she actively contributes to the organization's success. Furthermore, as an enthusiastic Ambassador for the Historic Hot Springs Downtown Farmers Market, she champions local producers and the vibrant spirit of downtown.
Amber embodies a blend of creativity, community involvement, and entrepreneurial drive. She is passionate about connecting with and supporting the inspiring women of the chamber and contributing to the growth of Hot Springs.

With over 25 years of experience in the medical and nursing field, Robin Sales is nothing short of a medical expert which is why she became an aesthetics injector. She founded and owns Vivacious Glam Wellness and Aestethics to bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and beauty artistry to the Hot Springs Community. As a highly skilled registered nurse and licensed cosmetologist, Robin is passionate about helping clients enhance their natural beauty while prioritizing wellness and safety.
Before venturing into nursing, Robin earned her cosmetology license in 1992. This early passion for beauty, combined with medical experience, allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to wellness and aesthetics. From medical-grade skincare to non-invasive treatments, she expertly bridges the gap between beauty and health.
Robin’s medical journey began in 1997 when she became a licensed practical nurse, followed by earning her Associate of Nursing degree in 2011 from the College of the Ouachitas (now Arkansas State Three Rivers). Robin’s dedication to continuous learning led her to pursue specialized aesthetic medical training. With dual background in healthcare and cosmetology, paired with ongoing education, clients receive the highest standard of aesthetic care tailored to their unique needs.
Robin is an active member of the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Hot Springs, the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, and the Arkadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Wilda, first and foremost, prides herself on being a mother of 3 beautiful children - Michael, Katia and Kaleb. She has been married to her best friend, Dr. Clyde Hughley, for 25 years. She is a Spanish teacher at Hot Springs World Class High school. Besides being a teacher, she has been active in pageantry for the last 10 years, holdin

Besides being a teacher, she has been active in pageantry for the last 10 years, holding many titles including Mrs. Hot Springs America; Mrs. Garland County America; and Ms. Pure International Haiti. She was also selected from among 30 women representing 30 different countries to be Ms. Pure International 2020.
Her platform, “Bully No More,” has been successful not just in Arkansas and Florida, but also in Mexico and her homeland, Haiti. She is the Executive Director of the “Miss Victorious Pageant, Arkansas,” the head sponsor of “Girls with Purpose,” and the coordinator of the Hot Springs School District “Miss Trojan Pageant.”

They are active member of Sulphur Springs Missionary Baptist Church, where she has been a member for 30 plus years. She volunteers with ladies Bible study, VBS and has served as a Sunday school te

She is a member of The Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Hot Springs and serves on the Executive Board, Women With A Mission, Oaklawn Rotary Club, volunteer with The CALL of Garland and Hot Spring County, CAMCAC, board member of CASA, ambassador with the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, and a life member of the Junior Auxiliary of Hot Springs. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren either at the pool or rounding up the cows. She and Jasn own Daniell Heat and Air and she works as a Registered Nurse. Aside from work and family, Stacy has a passion for pageantry. She is currently Elite Ms. Diamond Central with the Pure International Pageant system. She is Co-Chair for the Dudes and Divas mentoring program with the Miss Arkansas Volunteer pageant system.
